County & Town Tax Collection
After April 30th, all wholly unpaid taxes must be paid to the Commissioner of Finance, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel NY 10512. They can be reached at 845-808-1080.
After July 31st, all 2nd ½ partial payments must be paid to the Commissioner of Finance, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel NY 10512. They can be reached at 845-808-1080.
Brewster & North Salem Central School Tax Collection
After November 1st, all wholly unpaid taxes will be returned to the Commissioner of Finance, 40 Gleneida Avenue, Carmel NY 10512 for relevy onto the following years’ County & Town Tax Bill.

2nd ½ partial payments are due on or before March 15th, payable and mailed to the Commission of Finance, not your local receiver. They can be reached at 845-808-1080.
